used to 和 be used to 一樣嗎？

大家猜猜看以上兩句是什麼意思吧～

▍先記得！Used to前方多了一個be動詞，意思及用法就完全「不一樣」！

第一句的 He used to drink green tea, but he drinks coffee now.

意思是 他過去常常喝綠茶，但現在他都喝咖啡。

所以「used to」表示「過去經常做某件事情」

第二句的 I am used to drinking a cup of water every morning.

意思是 我每天早上習慣喝一杯水。

所以「be used to」表示「現在習慣做某件事情」

那在用法上也要特別注意哦～

used to 後方加原形動詞

be used to 後方加 Ving

▍除了be used to現在習慣於…，再補充兩個常見的習慣：

第一個「be accustomed to」 表示「漸漸習慣於…」（努力適應而習慣）

第二個「get used to」 表示「開始習慣於…」（從不習慣到開始習慣）

例句：

We are accustomed to working together. 我們漸漸習慣一起工作。

My sister gets used to living alone. 姊姊開始習慣獨自生活。

那要記得，他們的用法都是後方加Ving

▍最後再來看一句話：

The scissor is used to cut raw food. 這把剪刀被用來剪生食。

咦～為什麼這裡be used to後方加原形動詞？

因為～這句中的「be used to」是表示「被用來…」

主詞是事物，想表示被用來…的時候，就可以使用「事物＋be used to＋原形動詞」
